After playing a confused soul in ‘Mental Madhilo’, Sree Vishnu this time came up with a humorous yet intense character in ‘Need Naadi Oke Katha’.
Undoubtedly, this is one of Sree Vishnu’s best performances. He excelled both in humorous and intense shades. He succeeded hugely in bringing all the emotions in the right way and his Rayalaseema dialect is a surprise from him. Satna Titus of ‘Bichchagadu’ fame played the female lead and performed well. Sree Vishnu’s father role played by Devi Prasad is a perfect cast and he did extremely well. The mother character too shined and is impressively played. Posani played a good role.
The basic point in the movie is about the struggles faced by a student because of the pressure put by the society and parents on him. It tries to explain that there is more to life beyond the good grades in education. The movie is made in a realistic way and relatable to everyone due to its content irrespective of the age of audience.
Director Venu Udugula has done a great job choosing a sensitive point as story and narrating it in a interesting and engaging manner inspite of this movie being his debut. Screenplay is good. Cinematography and Editing are impressive. Music by Suresh Bobbili is apt. Production Values by ARAN media are very good.
Overall, ‘Needi Naadi Oke Katha’ is a good watch with sensible content that is going to relate to most of us.
